Click
for New Construction
Don't visit a new home tract without your agent!
New home tracks have agents who represent the builder, but if you don't take
your agent, no one will represent you! And, if you don't take your
agent on your first visit and register with him, they won't let your
agent represent you even if he comes on the next visit! Plus, your
agent knows all the builders in town, and can recommend which subdivisions
and builders will meet your needs. There's nothing like driving around
for hours looking for a subdivision you saw in the paper, but for some
reason, you just can't find it! So remember,
always take your agent.

Click for Resale Homes
Interested in re-sale homes? You can save thousands of
dollars buying used instead of new. The landscaping is done, window
coverings are in, and there are no "construction delays" to worry about.
The neighborhoods are complete, no construction traffic to stir up the dust
and cause traffic and noise problems. Most homes can be moved into
just as soon as escrow is completed, about 30 days. New
construction sometimes takes 6 months! If your time frame dictates a
move relatively quickly, then a resale home may be your best option.
If you have time to wait, a new home should be considered.
